This page sets out all the terms and conditions governing the use of the 9 baji platform. Please read these carefully before registering. By using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all of the terms below.

Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using the 9 baji website (https://9baji.biz), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They apply to all users in Bangladesh and take effect as soon as you access the platform.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform. 9 baji reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions apply only to users aged 18 or above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Registration & Security
Registration Requirements
- Each individual may only register and maintain one account.
- Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory.
- Opening an account with false information will be considered a violation of these terms.
- The registrant must be a resident of Bangladesh.
Password & Account Security
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password strictly confidential.
- Sharing your login credentials with anyone else is prohibited.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.
- The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on their account.
Identity Verification
- Prior to your first withdrawal, you must verify your identity using a National ID card or passport.
- Withdrawals will be placed on hold until the verification process is completed.
- All submitted documents will be stored securely.
Multiple Accounts Prohibition
- Operating multiple accounts under the same individual or household is strictly prohibited.
- If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended.
- Violating these rules may result in the forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
All members are required to follow the responsibilities outlined below while using the 9 baji platform. These rules are in place to ensure a fair and safe environment for everyone.
What You Can Do
- You may participate in betting and gaming activities legitimately through your own account.
- You can deposit and withdraw in BDT via bKash, Nagad, or other approved payment methods.
- You are eligible to participate in all valid bonus and reward programs available on the platform.
- You may contact our customer support team to resolve any issues you encounter.
What You Cannot Do
- Attempting to hack any platform system, or using bots or automated software, is strictly prohibited.
- Artificially gaining advantages through bonus abuse or the use of multiple accounts is prohibited.
- Harassing, deceiving, or misleading other members in any way is strictly prohibited.
- Using funds from money laundering or any illegal source on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Reproducing, distributing, or using any content, logos, or trademarks from the platform without prior permission is prohibited.
Payment, Transaction & Account Policy
Deposit Policy
All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes. A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed on the platform. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — all deposits must be made from your own registered mobile number.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal, which are clearly stated in the details of each offer.
Account Suspension or Closure
9 baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, provision of false information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in illegal activities. Prior to account closure, the member will be notified by email and, where applicable, given the opportunity to appeal.
Bonus Terms & Conditions
Each bonus offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page. Misuse of bonuses or violation of their terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will be considered a breach of terms and may lead to account suspension.
Limitation of Liability
The 9 baji platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 9 baji is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server outages, or internet disruptions. We are also not directly responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors such as bKash or Nagad.
Betting and gaming carry financial risk, and every player participates of their own informed free will. Any financial losses incurred through use of the platform are the sole responsibility of the member concerned.

All content on the 9 baji website — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is our intellectual property. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any part of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
